In addition to website training, you can teach your AI agent using business documents.
Document training allows your AI to answer questions based on files that may not exist on your website.

Upload a Document #
- Open your AI Agent Dashboard.
- Navigate to Knowledge Base.
- Click Upload Documents.
- Select one or more files.
- Click Upload.
The system will process and index the content automatically.
Multiple Documents #
You can upload multiple documents to build a larger knowledge base.
The AI will combine information from all approved sources.
Updating Documents #
When a document changes:
- Delete the outdated version.
- Upload the updated file.
- Reprocess training if required.
