Misleading AI Usage

Users must not:

Present AI-generated content as verified facts without review
Generate deceptive content intended to mislead others
Impersonate individuals or organizations without authorization

Third-Party Platform Compliance

Users must comply with the policies of any third-party platform connected to ChatShiftAI, including:

WhatsApp
Meta platforms
Google services
OpenAI services
Gemini services

Violations of third-party policies may result in account suspension.

User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

Uploaded content
Connected data sources
AI agent behavior configurations
Customer communications
Compliance with applicable laws

Enforcement

ChatShiftAI reserves the right to:

Review reported violations
Restrict access
Suspend accounts
Terminate accounts
Remove content
Cooperate with lawful requests from authorities
