This method works with: Custom HTML Websites Shopify Wix Squarespace Webflow Laravel React Applications Any website that supports JavaScript Step 1: Get Your Embed Code Log in to your ChatShiftAI Dashboard. Navigate to My AI Agents. Locate the AI Agent you want to deploy. Click Get Embed Code. Click Copy. The embed code will be copied to your clipboard. Step 2: Add the Code to Your Website Open your website source code or theme editor. Paste the ChatShiftAI embed code immediately before the closing: </body> tag. Example: <!-- ChatShiftAI Widget --> <script src="your-chatshiftai-script"></script> </body> Save and publish your changes. Step 3: Verify Installation Visit your website and confirm: The chat launcher appears The widget opens correctly Conversations work properly Your AI Agent is now live and ready to assist visitors. Last Updated: June 15, 2026WordPress Plugin Integration The official ChatShiftAI WordPress Plugin allows you to connect your AI Agent without editing website code. The plugin securely connects your WordPress website with the ChatShiftAI platform using your API key. Download the Plugin Download the latest version: https://chatshiftai.com/download Step 1: Get Your Developer API Key Log in to your ChatShiftAI Dashboard. Navigate to Profile Settings. Scroll to the Developer API section. Copy your Public API Key. Keep this key available for the next step. Step 2: Install the Plugin Option A: Upload Plugin Manually Log in to WordPress Admin. Navigate to Plugins → Add New Plugin. Click Upload Plugin. Upload the ChatShiftAI plugin ZIP file. Click Install Now. Activate the plugin. Option B: Install from WordPress Repository Navigate to Plugins → Add New Plugin. Search for ChatShiftAI. Click Install. Click Activate. Step 3: Connect Your Account Open the ChatShiftAI menu inside WordPress. Open the AI Website Chatbot tab. Paste your API Key. Click Verify Connection & Fetch Bots. If the connection is successful, available AI Agents will appear automatically. Step 4: Select Your AI Agent Choose the AI Agent you want to display. Click Save Integration Profile. Requirements Before enabling WooCommerce Sync: WordPress must be installed WooCommerce must be active ChatShiftAI Plugin must be connected An AI Agent must be selected Enable Auto-Sync Open WordPress Admin. Navigate to ChatShiftAI. Open the WooCommerce Sync tab. Enable the Auto-Sync toggle. Once enabled, ChatShiftAI automatically monitors product changes. Push Your Product Catalog After enabling Auto-Sync: Click Force Manual Inventory Push. Wait for the synchronization process to complete. Confirm the success message appears. Your WooCommerce catalog is now available to your AI Agent.
