Subscription Plans ChatShiftAI offers subscription plans designed for businesses of different sizes. Available plans may include: Monthly Plans Annual Plans Promotional Plans Trial Access Plan availability may vary over time. Viewing Your Current Plan To view your active subscription: Log in to your account. Open Account Settings. Navigate to Billing or Subscription Settings. You will see: Current Plan Billing Cycle Renewal Date Subscription Status Upgrading Your Plan To access additional features: Open Subscription Settings. Select Upgrade Plan. Choose your preferred plan. Complete payment. New features are activated after successful payment processing. Downgrading Your Plan You may switch to a lower-tier plan at any time. Some premium features may become unavailable after downgrading. Cancelling Your Subscription You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel: Open Subscription Settings.
