Keeping your password secure helps protect your account and business data.

Change Your Password #

1. Log in to ChatShiftAI.
2. Open Profile Settings.
3. Navigate to Security Settings.
4. Select Change Password.
5. Enter your current password.
6. Enter your new password.
7. Save changes.

Strong Password Guidelines #

We recommend:

• At least 8 characters
• Uppercase letters
• Lowercase letters
• Numbers
• Special characters

• Never share your password.
• Avoid using the same password across multiple services.
• Update passwords periodically.
• Use a password manager when possible.

Forgot Password? #

If you cannot access your account:

1. Open the Login Page.
2. Click Forgot Password.
3. Follow the password reset instructions sent to your email address.
