WordPress Plugin Integration #

The official ChatShiftAI WordPress Plugin allows you to connect your AI Agent without editing website code.

The plugin securely connects your WordPress website with the ChatShiftAI platform using your API key.

Download the Plugin #

Download the latest version:

Step 1: Get Your Developer API Key #

1. Log in to your ChatShiftAI Dashboard.
2. Navigate to Profile Settings.
3. Scroll to the Developer API section.
4. Copy your Public API Key.

Keep this key available for the next step.

Step 2: Install the Plugin #

Option A: Upload Plugin Manually #

1. Log in to WordPress Admin.
2. Navigate to Plugins → Add New Plugin.
3. Click Upload Plugin.
4. Upload the ChatShiftAI plugin ZIP file.
5. Click Install Now.
6. Activate the plugin.

Option B: Install from WordPress Repository #

1. Navigate to Plugins → Add New Plugin.
2. Search for ChatShiftAI.
3. Click Install.
4. Click Activate.

Step 3: Connect Your Account #

1. Open the ChatShiftAI menu inside WordPress.
2. Open the AI Website Chatbot tab.
3. Paste your API Key.
4. Click Verify Connection & Fetch Bots.

If the connection is successful, available AI Agents will appear automatically.

Step 4: Select Your AI Agent #

1. Choose the AI Agent you want to display.
2. Click Save Integration Profile.

Your chatbot will immediately appear on your website.
