Lead Collection allows your AI agent to gather customer information during conversations and automatically save it for future follow-up.

What Information Can Be Collected? #

Depending on your configuration, AIChatAgent can collect:

How Lead Collection Works #

The AI naturally requests customer information during conversations.

Collected information is automatically stored in your account.

Enable Lead Collection #

1. Open AIChatAgent Dashboard.
2. Select your AI Agent.
3. Navigate to Lead Capture Settings.
4. Enable Lead Collection.
5. Save your settings.

Your AI agent will begin collecting lead information during conversations.
