Embedding the Widget #

Once your AI agent is configured, you can add it to your website using the widget embed code.

Generate Embed Code #

1. Open your AI Agent Dashboard.
2. Select the desired AI Agent.
3. Navigate to Widget Studio.
4. Open Embed Settings.
5. Copy the generated widget code.

Install on WordPress #

1. Log in to WordPress Admin.
2. Open Appearance → Theme File Editor or use a Header/Footer plugin.
3. Paste the widget code before the closing tag.
4. Save changes.

The chatbot should now appear on your website.

Install on HTML Websites #

Paste the widget code directly before the closing:

</body>

tag.

Install Using Google Tag Manager #

You may also deploy the widget through Google Tag Manager.

1. Create a Custom HTML Tag.
2. Paste the widget code.
3. Trigger on All Pages.
4. Publish changes.

Verify Installation #

After installation:

• Refresh your website.
• Confirm the launcher appears.
• Start a test conversation.
• Verify responses are working correctly.

Troubleshooting #

Widget Not Appearing #

Possible causes:

• Incorrect embed placement
• Caching issues
• JavaScript conflicts

Solutions:

• Clear website cache
• Reinstall embed code
• Disable conflicting plugins temporarily
